We meet at the Bolton Park and Ride every Monday and Thursday starting Monday, March 31st.  We warmup, run various routes, and return for strength training and stretching. Bring a full water bottle and dress for the weather. 

Start time is 4:30pm. End time is 5:30pm. 

Sessions end on May 15th. 

There are no sessions the week of April 14th due to spring break. 

Adults are allowed (and encouraged) to attend for no additional fee!
