We are excited for this year's Whitaker Wander 5K in beautiful North Conway, New Hampshire!

This trail run and walk will take place on May 17, 2025 in Whitaker Woods, which is located at 2820 White Mountain Hwy, North Conway, NH 03860. The event will be held rain or shine, on 100% wooded single and double track paths and grass. The course starts with a flat, wooded loop for the first mile, then returns to the athletic field before heading into the woods again and over the railroad tracks, where it begins a climb during the second mile.  The final mile features some fun gradual downhill on single track trails before heading back over the tracks and finishing with a half mile of flat double track back to the finish. This event also includes a 1-mile Kids' Fun Run on a flat double track path.

The Whitaker Wander 5K supports White Mountain Community Health Center.  The Health Center provides adult and pediatric primary care, dental care, substance use disorder treatment, dietitian services, sexual & reproductive health, a teen clinic, and behavioral health services, regardless of ability to pay. Come help us celebrate health and wellness in our community! 

All proceeds of the event support White Mountain Community Health Center and our programs, such as our sliding fee scale and care coordinators. As such, there will be no refunds if this race is canceled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We will only cancel this event if conditions are unsafe to host. Otherwise, we will be there, rain or shine!
